Looks nice. I moved to Los Gatos, Ca from Boise a year and a half ago and still own my house in Meridian. Just curious, how many square feet is this and what is the average price/sq ft in SE Boise at this point in the market?

Thanks so much for your comments! The average price per square foot for residential properties in Southeast Boise the past 6 months has been about $95 per foot (for properties under 1800 sq ft). The property on Dorothy is about 1584 square feet, priced attractively at $90 per foot! Take care! ~Eva~
