We are testing our video and youtube channel tonight - so here is a drive around the south end of Burlington, VT, showing off our newest listing on Home Avenue! Brought to you by Mike Conroy, his new i4 cell phone video camera, an upload to our YouTube channel and a post here on ActiveRain. Approach to home cool, but 2/3's drive of turn here, there not what the buyer enjoys. Good to see you getting video in to the marketing arsenal! Winter means start with summer still of place if seller has one without family members in it and if quality taken. Then get inside. The snow banks scare some and reshooting in a couple months because snow dates is means loss of time when another community video, or another property should be in the editing room, rendering, uploading!
