Closing Gifts with a Purpose
What is the best closing gift you have ever given? I have to say, I can be very creative when it comes to gifts, however, I tend to give people a gift card for changing their locks as well as a bottle of local wine in an interesting case/bag from one of my favorite wineries and sometimes, I will include a favorite photo framed with my name on it somewhere....visible.
And I have been inspired to use a Kodak WiFi frame: the KODAK PULSE Digital Frame. It has some awesome features for keeping touch with your clients. You can with their permission, send photos directly to the frame if they have WiFi (wireless) in their home. How cool is that?
This particular gift could really open some marketing options to tech savvy agents as well as others. The frame comes with its own email address:
(WHATEVER@kodakpulse.com)
To this email you are able to send a photo and the clients gets a message there is a new photo/message. They are then given the option to view now or at a later time. Ideas for marketing are endless as your imagination... You would be able to send birthday cards, holiday cards, pictures of events in the area and if they were to show up at one of your sponsored events, you would be able to send the photos directly to the frame for them to share and keep.
To me this sounds like a great way to keep in touch with clients after the sale. Thanks Kodak! For more details and ideas: How to Use Images and Videos to Generate Business.
