What a great customer service report

Our company sends out customer service questionnaire to our clients after ever closing, and this one came back with great feedback.  Besides giving me 10 on service, professionalism and knowledge of the Real Estate Process this is what my client said.

Congratulations Mark, I agree. When you get a compliment like that it makes all of the bad days and bad problems seem "not so bad" and helps remind you how much you can impact someones life. I love hearing the excitement in a clients voice when they get a phone call telling them the loan is closed and they are the proud new owners of the home.
