Bradford Estates Townhouse Development is nestled in West Hanover Township.  An E.G. Stoltzfus built community, Bradford Estates is comprised of 26 single family homes and 224 townhouses.

Ideally located, Bradford Estates is a quick drive to Hershey and downtown Harrisburg.  These hot spots are the home of Hershey Bears AHL Hockey, Hersheypark, Hershey's Chocolate World,  Harrisburg Senators MiLB Baseball,  The Pennsylvania State Capitol,  as well as lots of local night life.  Townhouse and single family residents can walk to the popular Aroogas"s Sports Bar & Grill House Restaurant and to the Platinum Gym.

       


During the construction phase running from 2003 to 2010 Bradford Estates townhouse buyers could choose between 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans.  The builder offered three open floor plans with a garage, two expanded floor plans with a garage, and one traditional floor plan one traditional floor plan without a garage.  These attractive townhouses have a nice mix of stone, vinyl, and brick front elevations, and all have full basements. 



To this day the Bradford Estates Development continues to be a great place to live.  A pedestrian path runs throughout the community and into the woods for casual walks or more aggressive exercising. Residents encounter turkey, grouse, raccoons and other four legged friends of the woods like fox and deer.

   The homeowner's association fee in Bradford Estates is $53 per month and    covers lawn care, mulching, snow removal, and upkeep of the pedestrian path and common area.


Bradford Estates townhouse development completed new construction sales in 2010 averaging over 33 new construction townhouse sales per year.

The economy has affected the whole country, and Bradford Estates is no exception.  There are awesome deals to be had in this resale townhouse community.  Townhouses are being priced at less than the current owners initially paid.
