Once again very good information! I did some looking around the HUD site the other day and it appears we don't have any of these or the $1 homes in our area. How do they decide which home "qualify"? (I've ordered your books, but I'm not real good with delayed gratification ;)

Betty, Thanks! $1 Homes are HUD Homes that have been on the market more than 180 days. That is NOT good for the Asset Manager's grade or the listing agent.
