The mayor of Tulsa is looking for individuals to donate time, talent and energy to serve on a City of Tulsa Authority Board of Commissions. There are dozens of citizen committees that cover a wide range of topics. The City Council and Mayor need volunteer citizen groups for advice to create policies and programs.
Tulsa’s looking for people from diverse backgrounds to serve on all these boards. There are a few standards. For example, to apply for mayor-appointed positions, you must be a Tulsa resident. There are some boards that have other requirements. You can gather more information about each group by emailing MAC@CityofTulsa.org or sending a fax to 918-576-5448.
