You would think that with the limited Spring showers the wild flowers would not be so bountiful. Yet the bluebonnets are every where. I passed this field of bluebonnets while traveling through Woodbridge in Sachse, TX. The field is located on Country Club Rd just after turning off Hwy 78 and prior to the Clubhouse at the golf course.
Teral -- I am SO jealous. I am waiting for some color here in CT....ANY color! Hopefully, just a few more weeks of this grey landscape. Thnaks for the color therapy.
Teral, Those are just gorgeous! We have some beautiful things blooming, but a field like that! Wow! Not that familiar with your area, but I am learning. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you, Barbara and Mary, for your comments; the wild flowers are a big part of Spring in Texas. The bluebonnets are just one kind and as you can see they spread quickly when left alone.
