Hi everyone! Just a quick testimonial about Craig Rutman.

My wife and I listed our home with Craig and due to his work ethic, professional directions and ability to market our home - in only 5 days after being listed we are in contract with the terms we were looking for! This home will appraise for the purchase price so the list price was not all that competitive. It was priced perfectly.

Our neighborhood consists of higher priced homes which at this moment are taking 9 months to 1 year to sell. Not with Craig! Being in contract quickly was not a stroke of luck either. The feed back we have received on our property has all been posititve including one comment that this property will be gone in weeks.

Thank you Craig for a job well done and off we go to a speedy closing. If you need to sell your home or buy a home you would be crazy to not use Craig!
