This week, there was a slight increase in the number of available foreclosures, but a larger increase in available non-REO inventory resulting in a slight decrease in REO's as a percentage of market inventory on the Southside.
If you are considering a foreclosure, be certain your agent is familiar with local market inventory and writing offers that get accepted for REO properties. There are good opportunities, but it still takes a skilled agent to represent you.
