Best online Tour

By
Real Estate Agent with Coastal Palmetto Realty
Im curious to find out what software or websites that other Realtors are using.  What are your likes dislikes vs cost.  Also if you could leave a link or two in would be great!  We are searching for an online tour company or software to do it ourself?  Also does anyone have any information on the step out videos or pop videos that have a person actually talking on the site in a cutout video?

Jeff Turner is an AR member and president of this company.  It is fabulous and sooooo inexpensive!  I highly recommend it!

For virtual tours. One of the best out there is Tourfactory.com.  Don't know if they have people in your part of the world but even if they don't their software is easy to navigate and they have lots of useful tools! Reasonable cost too.

I have yet to see a good virtual tour (and i've seen a lot of them).    With a virtual tour, rooms typically look smaller (because of the fishbowl effect) and you also run into users who don't have the patience or the plug-ins to actually take the tour.

The better option is to get an experienced architectural photographer who can really capture the home.  Not just some friend or office colleague who has a half-way decent digital camera and fancys themselves as a professional photographer.

I will second Real Estate Shows.  I love Jeff (shhhh don't tell my husband) and I love his product.  Easy to use, no fishbowl, same YEARLY price that Tour Factory charges PER SHOW!  The beauty of this product is that you can set up slide shows for listings, neighborhoods, FSBOs, etc.  Your imagination can run wild because you don't have to pay per show!

Great SEO too ;)

I just created a blog posting entitled VIRTUAL TOURS - All Sizzle, No Steak since I find this to be an interesting topic.

I would welcome your insights and experiences on this topic.   More importantly, I would LOVE to see links to what people would define as GOOD or EXCELLENT tours or single property websites.   Not demos from a vendor trying to sell them but agent-made VT or single property websites.

I'll add another voice for Jeff Turner.  The product is very affordable, easy to use, and has been working quite well for me.  One of my sellers is a broker in another state who was shocked when she saw the tour.  She was just sure it was a video, not the same photos I started with.  Also it is easy to have the branded and unbranded links to use within your MLS, upload other places, email, etc. http://www.realestateshows.com .  You will not regret it.
