Is leasing an option you should explore? In my opinion leasing should be a last resort, it will only frustrate you in the long run but for some it may be your only option. On a brighter note capital appreciation could be a high note but in many areas of Tennessee like the rest of the country land has taken a hit in per acre price, that’s fine when you buy but what it continues to go down and now you find yourself upside down in your land.
There are many factors to evaluate when looking at TN land for sale just weigh all the positives against the negative return and then look hardest at your check book and make the best educated decision you can to buy now or wait to really see if the bottom has hit the real estate market and I for one don’t think it has.
