The theme at AREC11 was SHIFT HAPPENS and so it did, one of the key note presenters Tom Ferry was unable to be at the conference in person because he had just has his appendix out the day before he was to be onstage in Sydney! That did not stop him though, he was still ready to impress us so using the latest technology Tom was beamed in live to 2,500 agents for a full 45 minute cross, complete with two way audio and a question and answer session. Tom covered topics such as:

3. How to triple your appointments and double your business.
4. The art and science of influence.
5. The seven most powerful negotiation questions to close a sale.
