There are 179 homes currently available in Wrightsville Beach NC with an average list price of $1,120,556. From a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo listed at $139,000 to a soundfront 10 bedroom, 9 bath home on a 1/2 acre lot offered at $4,200,000 we've got a little bit of everything!

Only 10 Sales Pending right now, with an average list price of $1,007,270.

We've had 12 SOLDS since March 29, 2011 with an average SALES price of $572,058 and 111 DOM.

Now, I don't about you, but it's Memorial Day weekend and I'm ready to welcome Summer! Surely it's 5 o'clock Somewhere . . .

THe discrepancy between the average list price and the average sold is amazing. I had no idea. Maybe it's a good time to visit the beach and even make an investment.
