Services for Real Estate Pros with The Larsen Protection Team

I believe this is one way and good agent can be much more successful than the average agent. With all the free, open source information out there and some good templates too, this is an easy way to add to your marketing efforts.

Mine takes me about 45 minutes to do and with www.usps.com/click2mail website, it is as easy to upload the pdf file, my list and pay for it too. Done.

I think this should be on your MUST DO list because even if you don't have the time, it is something that is easily oursourced.

Be a cut above the crowded realtor field and send out your own newsletter!

By-the-way C.O.I. means Center of Influence.

Rebecca,

I use the self-mailer option, it is folded, tabbed and mailed for me.

Best of luck!
