If you plan to relocate your family to the Lake Norman region one of the first things you probably did was to research the area's school. This can be become a very difficult thing to do because of the ever changing landscapes of new schools and boundary lines.

One of the newest High Schools in the area is called Lake Norman High. Lake Norman High School, home of 1,969 Wildcats, is the newest high school in the Iredell-Statesville School System located 30 miles north of Charlotte, in Mooresville, NC.  During the 2008-2009 school year, the school regained the "School of Distinction" recognition, which means at least 80% of the students tested at or above proficiency on EOC testing.
