Napili Bay is , in my opinion, the best beach on the entire island of Maui. For families with children , this is way better than the so called Baby Beach. This beach is raked every day, restrooms and showers are close by and the Seahouse Restaurant is an excellent choice for breakfast, lunch or dinner. At the south end of the beach you have The Gazebo ( a must go place for breakfast ) and the more recent Cafe o Lei ( serving dinner only). 
Napili Shores condominiums are located at the South end of Napili Bay. Low rise buildings, low density complex , Hawaiian landscaping and coy ponds make this property the place where you really want to be.
There are currently several units for sale at Napili Shores, ranging in price from $345,000 for a studio to $425,000 for a 1bd unit, recently remodeled , with garden views.
Majority of the owners of Napili Shores choose to use Outrigger as their rental manager, for when units are not used by the owners.This is a way to recoup some of the expenses, like maintenance fees and property tax. Outrigger has an on site front desk and very pleasant personnel. Outrigger's fee is 50% of the total income from rentals. While this may seem a lot, they do have a lot to offer: they do check ins and check outs as late as 10pm, daily cleaning, light maintenance of the unit, etc.
