Lately I've been hearing from renters they're having trouble getting Realtors to help them find a place to rent.
Either they make an appointment with a Realtor and the Realtor never shows up, or they call a Realtor and that Realtor never gets back to them.
Since I am a Full Time Realtor, I am available to show you rental properties during the day or evenings or weekends.
I have done a lot of rentals and I know how to cut to the chase and get you in the house. I have learned the best way to go about presenting potential tenants to potential landlords in order to get them to look over some credit issues you may have had in the past. If you have good credit, of course, there's a lot less work required on my part. Bottomline, I will present you in a positive light (no matter what the situation is).
You may need me to send you pictures of the interior of homes that don't have pictures of the interior already. You may be out of town and need that service provided to you to help you in your search for a rental property.
