As a resident of Draper, Utah, who specializes in Draper Homes for sale. I am very excited about the recent events and Grand openings that make living in Draper such a great option for Salt Lake County residents. Last night I attended the new Harry Potter movie at the recently opened Draper Cinemark in the Draper Peaks shopping district. I am not a movie buff but was excited to see what all the hype was about. The theatre is state of the art with Luxury leather seating and XD- RealD-3D whatever that means. It is a fantastic theatre and the nicest Ive been to in the Salt Lake City area. Draper homeowners should be excited about the short commute to a first class theatre. Harry Potter itself was very entertaining and my children commented on how lucky we were to live in Draper with all the new amenities provided to us. I agree, Draper is the my preferred location to work and play in Salt Lake County. Here are some upcoming events and activities..........

Within a few minutes drive, residents can be on high quality trails in the pristine Corner Canyon region or soaking in the 100 mile vistas from the top of Suncrest. All trails are multi-use with the exception of Corner Canyon Walking Trail. Walking, hiking, jogging are permitted on this trail. Additionally, rollerblading and skating are permitted on paved trails.

We don't expect any jump in the value of your home but I don't think prices will fall much below the current market value. If your Draper home is priced competively it will sell. Of the 356 total properties for sale in Draper, 73 are Draper Short Sales or third party approval. 15 are Bank Owned, foreclosures, HUD or Corp owned homes. Prices range from 109K up tp 2.3 million for DRAPER LUXURY HOMES.
