Welcome to Warwick Grove 55 and over active adult living community in Warwick, New York.
This new 55 and over community was started in 2004 and more homes are being built now. It offers a tranquil setting and the ability to meet other active adults who are over 55 years old with whom you can enjoy many activities.
The community has a variety of living arrangements. There are one level condominiums in three story buildings with elevators and beautifully decorated entrance hallways. There are also two level and three level townhomes and single family homes in both ranch and colonial styles.
Condominiums and townhouses with 2 and 3 bedrooms, 2 to 2.5 baths
There are 13 condominium and townhouse style units on the market at the time of the writing of this article. Six of these units are in three story buildings which have elevators and assigned indoor parking and they are one level units. Four of these have 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, one has 2 to 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and the last has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. There is laundry in each individual unit and they have fireplaces. Five units are two level units with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths on the second floor and no basement. Two of the units are three story townhouses, with basements that are walk-out and 2 bedrooms on the second floor.
Of these units, three are resales and the others are to be built in 2011. The prices are based on the time of the writing of this article and may change over time.

These units are light and bright, have vaulted ceilings, and large windows. The ones that are townhouse style have private yards.
These condos and townhomes have gas fireplaces to enjoy, on those cold winter days and nights. What a cozy feeling to sit by the fire and watch the wintery weather from the warmth of indoors!
The condominiums that are in the three story building have elegant balconies.
The kitchens have beautiful wood cabinetry and granite countertops.
Condominium style ranch and colonial homes
In addition to the one level, two level and three level condominiums and townhomes, there are currently 12 condominium style homes on the market, four of which are resales and eight of which were built in 2010 or are being built now.
One of the aspects of this community that I like is that you can live in a single family home while enjoying the best features of condominium living. It's great to let the condominium association take care of the snow removal and lawn care. I know, as a senior, that this is a real benefit.
While you can garden if you'd like to do so, the lush landscaping is also taken care of by your monthly homeowner fee. You can count on beautiful lawns, perennials, annuals, and specimen trees whether you do it yourself or it is done by the management company.
Another advantage of living in this community is that the spacious master bedroom and master bath luxury suite is on the first floor, making it very convenient for seniors who often either don't want to climb stairs to their bedrooms or are beginning to have difficulty doing so. The master bathrooms have both a soaking tub and a separate shower. Access to the shower is easy - no lifting your legs high to get into the tub first!
The homes have the laundry room conveniently located on the first floor. Also, when entering your home from either the garage or your front porch there are very few steps, so access is very easy, as you can see from the pictures.
The kitchens in these homes have beautiful wood cabinetry and granite countertops.
There are large living rooms with gas fireplaces to enjoy during those cold and snowy winter days and nights.
These homes have decks and patios and many have charming rocking chair front porches, too.
The square footage of the homes ranges from 1473 to 3083 square feet.
Many of the homes offer excellent views of the mountains.

Currently the amenities available are a beautiful outdoor pool and a delightful clubhouse with a kitchen, a lounge, a gym and a game room.
This development is great for people who want to leave lawn care and snow removal to someone else, find friends in a similar age bracket, enjoy community activities, and still have the pleasure of owning a single family home, a townhouse or a condominium, whichever you prefer.
As a pet lover I am glad to say that pets are allowed at Warwick Grove!
