Ryan, thanks, this is slow time since most teachers are living on their summer savings, but there are some good buyers out there.

Michelle, yes some of the rowhomes in Baltimore are very similar to other cities like NY, Boston, Philly, etc. Different from Pembroke Pines one of my favorite areas in South Florida
