This last weekend at Canyon Ferry lake was perfect. Due to the high water levels,there are only a few beaches with any sand, thus for the first time on a hot sunny day, we actually had a good portion of the beach to ourselves and the road wasn't busy,great for walking my two huge chocolate labs. The great thing about Canyon Ferry is that you get two great options. Do you want to watch the sunrise or the sunset. While both acts of nature give off spectacular views everyone, I wanted to show you what waking up on the west side of Canyon Ferry would look like. These photos are taken from my 6905 Viscaya Rd at 5:15 in the morning. I took the drive out to see for myself, this amazing sunrise over the big belt mountains. This home offers end of the road privacy and as I sat there, herds of deer jumped through the ever rising sun.
