Congratulations to Joe and Patti Ginn on the sale of their home at 307 Monarch Dr. in Monroe, LA. The 7 year old 3 bed 2 bath home closed today.
Joe and Patti have moved to 130 Watson Circle in West Monroe, LA which we also closed today. They are very excited and I am very pleased to have had the pleasure of working with them.
