E-Pro

By
Real Estate Agent with ERA The Conderman Group
I just finished an e-pro course and I really learned a lot.  To start with, I was fairly tech smart, but I learned more about technology and developed some good marketing ideas.  I would think that almost any agent would benefit from this class.

I took ePro a couple of years ago.  I apply things I learned in that class every day.  Good job.

Hi Mike!  I just recently signed up and paid for E-Pro - have not taken the time to start yet.  Glad to hear about the good results though, thanks!  How Long did it take you to finish the course?  I'm not all that tech savy, so i'd have to multiply your time by about 5.

Diane

They said it would take about 30 hours, but I think it took about half that, maybe less.  A few fo the areas they talked about, I was already familiar with, so that helped.  Honestly, for me, the hardest part was starting and then coming back consistently.  Last week they sent me an e-mail saying I had another week to finish.  Then I stuck it into high gear and finished the remaining part rapidly. Hopefully you can fidn some internal motivation, that I lacked.

I think that most people here on AR will find that the actual course time doesn't take long for them.  The course may have changed a bit since I took it a couple years ago but I think if you are blogging you are probably ahead of the curve for starting the course.  Good to see another e-Pro here in the Little Apple(Manhattan, KS) Mike  I think you are the 3rd agent in Manhattan out of, what? 120 or so agents.  I am surprised more agents don't take this course.  I have been pushing it on the agents in my office.  If you are interested in taking this course ask another e-Pro for a referral link.  I believe that with their referral link you will receive an extra couple months to complete the course at your leisure and the one that refers you gets $30 NAR credit or maybe it is a straight 30 bucks.  I have found the e-Pro to be extremely marketable.  Congrats Mike

Mike,  I just checked the e-Pro site.  You are only one of only 3 e-Pros in the area.  I would think you will find it benificial to update your profile on this site with your pic and info.  http://www.epronar.com/ I have received business from the e-Pro site.  This is my referral code for e-PRO  https://www.internetcrusade.com/epro/secureorderepro.asp?EproHostID=38155but this is Mike's blog and I suggest anyone reading ask for his.  Mike- can you post yours.  It looks like the referring e-Pro gets $30, I don't see the reference that using the referring link gives an extended course completion time on the site as it said in an e-mail I received from e-Pro a couple months ago so I am not sure if they are still giving the extended course time with the referral.
