I'm a newbie to Home Staging and to ActiveRain. I'm looking forward to networking with other Stagers and Realtors in Southern New Hampshire and surrounding areas. Home Staging is what will help sell homes faster, especially in today's economy. Everyone is shopping on line first, staging can help grab those buyers with appealing pictures.
I also do Redesign and Color Consultations for clients. If someone has a room in their home and just don't know where to begin. I can help shed some light with new ideas for the space. At my disposal I have a handyman who can do woodworking, such as crown molding, new cabinet doors and other cosmetic changes that pack a punch!
My motto is " Because first impressions matter." That really says it all...
