It's 2011, do you know what your children DON'T know?
It came to my attention that our youth have a big need for the history of our nation. Someone put out a animated video for children teaching about this nations history. I only saw a clip from youtube, embedded below, but I'm going to buy it for my grandchildren. See for yourself.
Kenneth - thanks for putting this post out - we need to remember. Our children need history and sadly, we may have to teach much of it at home.
The events of 9/11 must never be forgotten - like much of our past. Nice video, apolitical.

When this first started to play I really didn't want to watch but I was pleasantly surprised. It looks like it is very well done!
Ken, when our kids, and some Americans as well see this, or read of the accounts of that day, I would hope that they would recognize that not all Muslims are bad, just like during WW11, not all Japanese or Germans were bad. Some people tend to get a bit carried away
When you see the whole tape, not just what I posted here, you will see it teaches about our history, from 1776 on. Our children and grandchildren are lacking the knowledge of our history of our country. I read somewhere that 75% of 4th graders don't know who was our first president. Sad.
