This was an interesting subject - sales tax on home sales as a result of Obama care.  The article goes on to clarify that for the most part the sale of a personal residence will be exempt. 

What about investors.  What about the concept of investing in real estate for your retirement?  Now when you sell those investment properties to fund you golden years, they might well be taxed  Thanks to the Three Stooges in Washington.

Debra:  Few if any home sellers in my market have to worry about it.  There ae some markets like New York City and in California where it must happened a lot.
