Hey guys here lately more and more properties are getting foreclosed. The last two REO properties I sold came with a nice bonus. How and where do I go to get started. I've asked this question a million times and no one will give me an answer. Please if any one knows or has any insight let me know.

Hey Michelle. Sorry but I don't have an answer to your question. But I am glad you wrote a post on this. Because I want to know how to get REO properties. There are so many of them but I just don't know how to get my hand on them. Please let me know when you do because I want to know too. Great post.

Other agents in my office do BPOs for different companies and sometimes they give us the listing. Other times they give us listings that other agencies have done BPOs for. I guess they kind of rotate them amongst the brokers they have in a particular area. I just started doing BPOs but have no listings yet.
