Raleigh, NC: It's All for a Hearfelt Cause!
Triangle Heart Walk for American Heart Association was a fun event Carla and I participated with our office Fonville Morisey. Great fun, thousands of people, dogs, families, strollers and more all walked for someone we loved. I plan on doing it again next year. Think about walking or donating to your local Heart Association.
Triangle Heart Walk Benefits American Heart Association!
For the first time, Fonville Morisey Realty of North Carolina participated in the Triangle Heart Walk held at the RBC Center in Raleigh, NC.
The turnout was Fantastic including 125 Fonville Morisey Realtors, Employees, their Dogs & Family Members! The group raised almost $19,000.00!
The walk was a lot of fun and sure to be an annual event.

Duke Life Flight was there!
The Carolina Hurricanes Jump House was available for kids.
The Carolina Hurricanes Players and Dancers even made an appearance!
The Event was Held at the RBC Center and Carter Finley Stadium parking lots.
I Love this Picture - Even The Coolest of the Large Dogs were there supporting the Heart Walk. There were many dogs there but, these were some of the larger dogs. They're almost as big as a pony!
It was such a beautiful day and the rain held off until after the walk. There were many companies supporting the event. I was especially impressed with how many Heart Survivors Participated! They had a special tent for the heart survivors and they were given a special sticker to wear. Even if a few didn't walk, it was nice to see them there supporting the event. Some walkers wore stickers indicating they were walking in honor of or memory of a loved one.
As many folks know, Heart Disease is the Leading Cause of Death in America, especially among women. Great strides have been made to help prevent heart disease and heart attack AND Save Lives! It's all for a Heart Felt Fantastic Cause! Hopfullly we'll have more walkers and more donations next year!
