I've seen it also.  Where are the realtor responses? 

Are some 'of you' bad neighbors?  I would have thought (until this blog....I didn't really think of it too much)....that the realtors would 'be in bed' with the neighbors.

How many of you work in real estate or mortgage offices and never let the people next door know that you are interested in earning their business?

Perhaps this proves that it is a realtionship driven business. These people may have strong realtionships with other agencies that the mere convenience of location can't overcome.
