With all of the different blog-related services out there, the noise of options can become overwhelming. A good, and simple, next step (after tagging your posts) should be pinging good blog tracking services. I suggest using a pinging service such as Pingoat. This will provide even greater exposure of your blog on the Internet.
Here's the step-by-step.
Anytime that you create a new blog post:
- Go to Pingoat.com
- Enter your blog name
- Enter your blog url (i.e., http://activerain.com/blogs/ungos/)
- Click the "General" header (This selects all services in the General category)
- Click submit ("Go Pingoat!")
That's it!
