Hello everyone!  I was wondering if any of you know  of any positive articles on staging rental properties.  I am looking for things like, pricing structure, pros and cons and, if possible, statistics.  Any help in this would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance!

Michele,

I haven't blogged about this yet, but I will say that we've done a lot of properties that have been up for sale or lease purchase.  Every one of them has rented in 2 weeks within staging.  I think it is well worth it!

Michele, I stage rentals using the same pricing structure as vacant for sale homes.  There's really no difference.

Ditto. I do the same thing.  It isn't any different except that you need to price it for every two weeks. Rental property usually rents faster than homes sold.

I'm afraid I can't be of much help in finding articles but I can also say that I too use staging for rental properties.  I recently had an investor buy a condo only after a home stager came in and told him what she could do so it actually helped me to bring about a sale.
