The army post at Aberdeen Proving Grounds (APG) in Maryland is getting a lot of new personal relocating from all over. This will have a big effect on the ares around the Military Base, even into PA. and DE. so look out in the next couple of years the market will become a sellers market again in these areas, we should plan for it now. The amount of small businesses around the area to support this growth will increase also. There needs to be a plan for house growth in the smaller Townships and Boro's around APG. Here in PA your retirement pay is not taxed by the state I know because I am retired Military.
