2 Entrepeneurs, Dan Warrener and Victor Boutin, Change the Face

                                     of Downtown Chatham Forever

Plans are underway at the recently purchased Downtown Chatham Centre on King St. to house the IT Division of the Union Gas 's 200 employees on the second floor. New Owner Dan Warrener confirmed the purchase on Oct. 25th after months of rumors about the fate of the Downtown Centre. This development coupled with the proposed building of the new Boardwalk Development with it's Waterfront Condos and new retail space by developer Victor Boutin across the street is welcome news for Historic Downtown Chatham.

The Hotel original location slated for King St. has been moved to Fourth Street but will still have a beautiful view of the waterfront and the Historic Downtown section

Mr. Warrener has contributed much to downtown's revitalization with his restored building at the corner of King St. and Fifth Street and the former Duff Building on Fifth St. The old Chatham Armoury in Tecumseh Park is also one of his successful projects. It has been turned into a banquet and meeting facilitly.

It is businessmen like Mr Boutin and Mr Warrener who believe in our community and are willing to invest that will put Chatham on the map.

Chatham-Kent is the community to be in. Remember our Motto "IT IS ALL HERE ALL YEAR!"

Stay tuned for further development as the face of Historic Downtown Chatham Transforms
