Upper Tier Homes in Northeast Seattle Trending Upward

The upper tier segment of the 98125 zip code in Seattle has been on a steady upward trend since September 2011. With the median selling price just  slightly under $600,000.  Inventory levels showed a brief upward trend from late September until the middle of October when we started to see less upper priced homes come on the market. This pretty typical for the 4th quarter in the real estate market.
