Several years ago our office took Wickman's "Sweat Hog" course. I still use those basic principals today as a broker. Recently many in our firm comleted his "Stars Course" an entirely new approach. Combine and use the principals from both courses and you could be an agent to rekon with! I t is funny , I have been tracking and the newer agents who completed the Stars course are really beginning to shine. I am proud of them for hanging in there and completing the course sucessfully.

Today we worked on FSBO techniques......the stuff Floyd teaches works!

I couldn't agree more! SERIOUSLY! I had 3 total sales last year. THIS YEAR after FLOYD, I am just under 2 MILLION. It's confidence techniques and believing in the CORE VALUES. That's it. You can't have one without the other. And life is way better being a giver and a receiver.

I am thrilled you had your agents take the course. I would never have gone without the great advice of my Brokers. And I know when I do well, they do well, but they don't make it seem like that at all! They are proud of my success just because we are a family! It's so sweet how you say you are proud of them. That's just awesome!

I loved the original Sweathogs course so much I took it twice. I live, breathe, and sleep ALL of his techniques. Not one day goes by without me having to use what I learned from "The Duke of Dialogue". Best of luck.
