You Want A Condo But Do You Know If It's FHA Approved?

For buyers that have decided they are interested in purchasing a condo and are using FHA financing you have to know if your condo association is FHA Approved or not. This is important because, well if the condo association is not approved your lender in most cases will not be able to close your loan. Keep in mind that internet information is not always updated as soon as possible so don't take looking up a condo association on this site as 100 percent accurate. In some cases an association maybe re-approved so make sure you check with your realtor first before totally writing the property off.
