Hi Laura - I try to provide information that both sellers and buyers can use. That absorption rate is a great tool to see how long a home might sit on the market, and how to price a home.

Hi Jerry -It is popular because you can find a great home under $185,000 with demographics of a million dollar community.  That and it sits at the base of the Texas Hill Country with incredible views.  The Green Factoid is just a fun way to show-case what the community is doing to be green.
