I was thinking today. Alot of my clients are text messenging kings and queens. I probably get 15-20 message per day from clients. How about this for a voice mail message: Hi you have reach Michelle Way with Pro Realty I am assisting another client or in a closing at the time please feel free to leave me a message or text me and I will get back with you as soon as possible. What do you guys think?

Michelle, I thinks that's fine. If your customer like to text, they'll be glad to hear you say right out that you don't mind getting messages that way. People who don't text will just ignore it and leave you voicemail.

Judith your probably right. Agents drive me crazy when they don't answer the phone. Sometimes they just don't want to deal with the situation but at least text me and let me know something.
