Whistler real estate transaction report for Feb. 15

By
Real Estate Sales Representative with Thornhill Real Estate Group Whistler

This week’s report comes to you from aboard a Japanese high speed train from Nagano bound for Kyoto. Our time in the Japanese Alps was very good, with a large amount of snowfall, gracious hosts and many new and wonderful adventures. We now are looking forward to exploring the cities of Kyoto and Tokyo and will be heading back to Canada on Sunday.

In Whistler this past week we had 27 new listings, 8 Sales and 18 price reductions in the Whistler market compared to 24 new listings, 8 Sales and 18 Price reductions the previous week.

Please go ahead and click here to view the past week's new listings and price changes as reported by the Whistler Listing System.  Please contact me directly for sales.

If you have family or friends looking into the Whistler market, please feel free to forward this to them. Lisa and I are always happy to answer any questions and would welcome the opportunity to earn your business. Although I do have internet and email access while in Japan, you may also contact Lisa at lashcroft@sutton.com if you would like to schedule a property viewing before my return on Feb. 19

Sincerely,

Nick

Hi Corinne, thank you for your comment. Lol - yes, it does seem funny to leave a great resort like Whistler to go to another one in Japan! The experience was well worth it though and we were very fortunate while in Hakuba to receive about 4 - 5 ft of fresh snow over our 9 day stay! It is always interesting to compare similarities and differences between resorts, and Hakuba did not disappoint. All the best, Nick
