I had just finished showing a house for sale at 1702 Ridge Rd. and look what we got to see when we came over the ramp. Mother & child enjoying a beautiful February afternoon going for a walk along the ocean. A few vehicles stopped on the beach to take pictures, but everyone stayed the 50 foot minimum distance.
You have to stay 50' away? Huh, wouldn't have thought the horses would let you get that close.
