Why is it that the Clients feel they are not selling their homes fast enough?

Is it fair to say that Clients are very antsy about not selling their homes quickly?

I have found that the market has slowed almost to a crawl, but I think it is a seasonal event and not necessarily an economic issue.

It is true that the Loan industry has been hit very hard, but in all honesty, things are looking up domestically if you think that the Fed is about to lower interest rates again. That should get things moving again in the equities markets and consequently real estate also.

The only factor I see as negative is that the US Dollar is looking weaker against the Euro.

Great for our exports to Europe but difficult to stay in Dollars for investors when our interest rates are heading lower and the Central Bank in Europe is raising them to fight inflation.

That tells me that Europeans will likely find Real Estate in the US very attractive in the medium term (6 months to two years).
