The storm is over, cleanup is underway and life begins to get back to normal for most Oregon Coast residents. The response of the city & county crews as well as the utility workers should be applauded, they were out trying to restore services before the wind & rain had even begun to slow. 

 The overall market picture here is showing signs of improvement, as inventory was starting to decrease in the last 3 months. The Buyer attitude I've been seeing has been mostly "wait and see", wanting to get through the holidays and see what changes the near year brings.
