Sal Gal, They are lovely houses aren't they? All kinda similar... I'm sure there are people who would argue with the 'leading' part, but I'm happy ecstatic with what I'm doing!

BB, isn't that a great name for a street!?! The district is called Fox Haven and all the streets are named fox something. That's Sherwood Park for you, all the streets are nature inspired. I grew up out this way, but it's waaaay bigger than when I lived out this way...

Nick! Thanx! I'm hoping this house goes quick, since this is the first house we've done for Jas. She knows the builder we had worked with on the last 3 homes. In fact he referred us!

Janet, Thanx! The hilarious thing is: the Realtor doesn't like the main floor love seat and dining room table. She thinks they are too small. I now have nto have the talk about air space making a room look larger blah blah.  I wonder when people will figure out it's not what they like...

Thanx Michael! Maybe it's just me, but every home that's vacant feels cold, dark floors or no. Staging always makes a home feel more welcoming. I'm sure appraising a vacant home is easier with nothing in the way, but it won't feel like a home... You have a great day too!

Janice, Thanx! I had to write a post about those pillows! Even if the Realtor wants a larger dining room table and sofa in the main floor family room, I still like what I did.

Michelle, I love that picture! And there was an orchid with the exact shade, so why not!?! As you know the thing about a powder room is; you can make stand out, because it's a place every guest visits, and they aren't staying long, not like lounging in a bath or something... I used orange throughout that house, although I'm not a fan, it does pop and it's not like I'm living there! lol
