I was interviewed in this month's DSNews Magazine for an article they did on how banks are now (finally!) looking to short sales as a way for distressed homeowners to avoid foreclosure.
The article talks about some of the obstacles we still encounter with short sales and also how the amount of loan modifications decreased from 2010 to 2011.
