Welcome to Eden Park Homes, a 55 and over community with luxury ranch style homes in West Nyack, New York.
This 55 and over community has 34 ranch style attached homes with condo benefits and was built beginning in 2010 and there are some being built in 2012.
The homes have 2 bedrooms and a den, 2.5 baths, and they have 2140 square feet of living space.
Each home has a 1 car garage and room for more cars on the driveway in front of the home.
The first floor of these homes has a living room, a spacious family room, dining room, kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, master bedroom suite with a walk-in closet and a master bath that has a separate bath and shower, a powder room and a laundry room.
If you prefer, you can choose to have a second bedroom on the first floor instead of having the family room. In this case, there will be a second full bath on the first floor, for the second bedroom.

It is also close to many highways including the Palisades Interstate Parkway, the NYS thruway (I-87), the Garden State Parkway, I-287, the Tappan Zee Bridge and the George Washington Bridge.
