This an old sore subject of mine and others. If your loved asks you what you want or need for Christmas this year, tell them a fax machine if you don't already have one. I believe every agent should have one of these baby's in their home. They don't cost very much and are so convenient, why not have one. I hate waiting for other agent to get to the office for the fax.

Having a fax at home is incredibly convenient. I acually have an extra one... If there's anyone in the San Diego area who needs a fax - give me a call! I'll give it to ya! (It just needs toner)

Hi John, Even better is a 4 in 1 HP with scanner. I love it because all my contracts are done via email. Then I scan the signed contracts and email back. Works better than a fax machine. It's wonderful.

Yes, fax machines are must. Especially as Kay noted above, the 4 in 1 by HP. But, I think faxes are slowly becoming obsolete due to scanning and e-mail. I love being able to scan and e-mail a PDF file rather than faxing. This allows people to receive the PDF file from any internet connection rather than where the fax machine is actually located. Because of scanning and e-mail- I must admit that I do not fax that much anymore.
