According to the National Association of Realtors' Survey of Buyers in 2011, most people ultimately find their home because of something they saw on the Internet. Real estate brokers and yard signs continue to be important information sources, and print media continues to drop each year as a useful source of information to buyers. These facts (see detailed chart below) inform how marketing is done for your home when you list with Results Realty. We will be very concerned about massive online exposure for homes we list, and we have great working relationships with other Realtors which helps get as many showings as possible. Depending on your situation, we may or may not recommend open houses. You will not see a lot of newspaper or magazine advertisements from us simply because they don't work as well as the other methods. Feel free to weigh in on how YOU got information about YOUR last home purchase. We would love to hear from you!
