Friday and day 5 of my very strict diet....I was warned about headaches and other physical discomforts during the first week, but none have appeared....Yahoo!!!!
Almost 4 pounds lost....a little tired, but otherwise in great spirits....looking forward to sleeping in (all the way to 7AM) tomorrow...have a busy work day, but I'm up for it.
Have decided which pre-packaged items I love and which I hate! Will be very careful the next time I order to get only the yummy ones....certainly makes the days go easier.
Almost a week down and 11 to go.......
