Barb- Congrats on your closing! All my loans are important but the first time home buyers are always the real special ones. Congrats to your clients too. By the way, love the new hair do!
Hi Barb. That pool looks so inviting! There is nothing like your own pool when you live in a hot climate! Here in North Carolina, it's more common for a community to have a pool than an individual home.
It's always great to see the young couples getting into such a lovely home Barbara.
Barbara, Isn't it great to get to the closing table, and taking a photo with the happy couple is a terrific idea...great new profile pix too!
Congratulations Barbara. How the heck long is that pool?
Stephanie - Thank you!!! There is something really special about working with first time home buyers. I actually closed two transactions the same day doing both sides of this one and the selling side on another so I was at the Title Company three times that day - and will post another happy couple closing their new home.
Dianne - it was rare to find a pool in this neighborhood and it was THE one this coupld wanted, the pool being a big lure.
Tom - I know they will be swimming this weekend - beautiful weather is predicted!
Larry & Shelia - thank you. It was past time for a new photo!
Rene - here you are again with your smile and great comment! Thanks, as always, for your support!
Conrad - this was an older home and the pool was built when everyone built those huge pools, usually the pools are smaller these days, but Texans do love their swimming pools!
Best wishes to the lucky home buyers. It will be very nice to have a pool on those very hot days.
